Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the skilled and specific assessment and application of manual manipulation to the soft-tissues of the body to help reduce pain, increase mobility and function.
These soft-tissues include connective tissue like muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Massage therapy can also help with the circulatory system by promoting blood flow and lymph drainage. This helps decrease tension in the body, improve neurologic tone in dysfunctional regions, and promote blood flow to regions that may be tight and achy from repetitive overuse, a car accident, on-the-job injury, or sports & fitness activities.
Our licensed massage therapists have extensive training and experience in their field. They have treated a wide array of conditions that range from the random aches that occur from the stress of day-to-day life, as well as, the injuries that occur while at work and play.
